The plain-English version. By downloading, joining, or buying anything from BADM4NDY, you agree to these.

★ WHO THIS IS

BADM4NDY is a registered Arizona trade name of Juniper Design Studio LLC (Arizona trade name filing no. 9415748), owned and run by Mandy LeBaron. "Me" and "I" below means her.

★ WHAT'S MINE

Everything I make and share is mine and protected by copyright: the Steal My AI Setup PDF and guide file, workshop calls and recordings, Co-op materials, templates, designs, photos, videos, and the words on this site.

You get a personal license: use it for your own life and your own business. Build your own system with it. Change it, make it weird, make it yours.

★ WHAT'S NOT OKAY

Reselling any of it, free or paid, in whole or in pieces.
Putting your name or brand on it and passing it off as yours.
Turning it into your own course, workshop, template pack, or product.
Sharing paid materials (workshop recordings, Co-op files) with people who didn't buy them.

Sharing the free link with a friend is welcome. Sharing the files themselves isn't, so they can grab their own copy.

If I find my work being resold or rebranded, I'll ask the platform to take it down.

★ WHAT I'M NOT PROMISING

My guides show how I set things up. Your results depend on you, your tools, and your life. No outcome, income, or time saved is guaranteed.
AI tools (Claude, Cursor, and others) belong to their own companies, with their own prices, rules, and changes. I don't control them.
Nothing I share is legal, financial, medical, or mental-health advice.
Keep your passwords and private numbers out of your AI notes. You're in charge of what you put in your own system.

★ PAID THINGS

Each paid offer (workshops, the Co-op, custom builds, the shops) lists its own price, dates, and refund rules on its page. Those rules apply alongside these terms.

The spell shop is for entertainment purposes only. Merch is made by hand, so small differences are part of it.

★ EMAILS

If you sign up for a freebie, I'll email it to you, plus a follow-up or two about that freebie. My newsletter (random emails when I feel like it) is a separate yes. Unsubscribe anytime from any email.
